Prepare Chicken

In a bowl, combine pulled chicken with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated with the spices.

In a skillet over medium heat, add the seasoned pulled chicken. Cook for approximately 5-7 minutes until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Assemble Quesadillas

Take one tortilla and place it on a clean surface. Add a portion of the heated chicken, followed by a sprinkle of cheddar jack cheese and a few spoonfuls of pico de gallo.
