Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

In a large bowl, combine the boneless chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well to ensure that the wings are evenly coated with the spices.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Breading

In another bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and cornstarch together. Dredge each seasoned wing in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Place the breaded wings on a plate.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Fry the Wings

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add the breaded wings in batches, frying until they are golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

  2. 4

    Make the Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Stir in the hot sauce, honey, garlic powder, and salt until well combined. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then remove from heat.

  3. 5

    Coat the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the fried wings with the sauce until they are evenly coated.

Serving

  1. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Transfer the coated wings to a serving platter. If desired, garnish with chopped fresh parsley and sliced green onions. Serve hot and enjoy!
