Cooking Hash Browns

Prepare the Hash Browns
In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the frozen hash browns to the skillet.

Cook Hash Browns
Spread the hash browns into an even layer and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the bottom is golden brown. Flip the hash browns and cook for another 5-7 minutes until both sides are crispy and golden. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Keep Warm
Once cooked, transfer hash browns to a plate and keep warm while you prepare the eggs.

Whisk the Eggs
In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until fully combined. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Scramble the Eggs
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter and melt over medium-low heat. Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet.

Slice Green Onions
While the eggs are cooking, chop the green onions into thin slices.

Once the eggs are cooked, remove from heat and fold in the sliced green onions.
