Let it Sit
Allow the mixture to sit for 10 minutes to let the curds fully form.
Straining and Adding Cream

Strain the Curds
Place the strainer over a mixing bowl and line it with cheesecloth. Carefully pour the curdled milk into the strainer to separate the curds from the whey.

Rinse and Season
Rinse the curds under cold water to remove the lemon juice flavor. Sprinkle the salt over the curds and gently fold in the heavy cream for added richness.
Serving

Serve the Curds
Transfer the curds to a serving dish. They can be enjoyed warm or chilled, and are perfect for snacking or adding to your favorite dishes.
