Ahi Tuna Bites

Crispy Brussel Sprouts

Method

Ahi Tuna Bites

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ahi Tuna

Start by cutting the Ahi tuna steak into bite-sized cubes, about 1-inch in size.

  2. 2

    Marinate

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, lime juice, and Sriracha. Add the tuna cubes and let marinate for about 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Garnish

After marinating, sprinkle sesame seeds over the tuna and finely chop the green onions to use as garnish.

  4. 4

    Serve

Arrange the Ahi tuna bites on a serving platter, garnishing with chopped green onions and additional sesame seeds if desired.

Crispy Brussel Sprouts

  1. 5

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for roasting the Brussel sprouts.

  2. 6

    Prepare the Brussel Sprouts

Trim the ends of the Brussel sprouts and remove any yellow leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise.

  3. 7

    Toss with Oil and Seasoning

In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussel sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  4. 8

    Roast

Spread the Brussel sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

  5. 9

    Add Parmesan

In the last 5 minutes of roasting, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the Brussel sprouts to melt.

  6. 10

    Serve

Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Serve immediately alongside the Ahi tuna bites.
