Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Eggs

Crack the 3 eggs into a bowl. Add salt and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.

  2. 2

    Heat the Pan

In a non-stick skillet, add butter or oil and heat over medium heat until melted and hot.

  3. 3

    Cook the Eggs

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, making sure it spreads evenly. Allow it to cook for about 2-3 minutes until the edges begin to set.

  4. 4

    Add Your Toppings

Add your choice of toppings (tomato, caramelized onions, roasted peppers, mushrooms, spinach, cheese, bacon, sausage, turkey, avocado) to one half of the omelet.

  5. 5

    Fold the Omelet

Using a spatula, carefully fold the omelet in half over the toppings. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the omelet is cooked through.

  6. 6

    Serve

Slide the omelet onto a plate and serve hot.
