Crispy Potato

Charred Tomato Emulsion

Method

Pork Tenderloin

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the pork tenderloin with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Wrap the bacon slices around the pork, securing them with toothpicks if necessary.

  2. 2

    Grill the Pork

Place the bacon-wrapped pork on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Grilled Asparagus

  1. 3

    Prepare the Asparagus

While the pork is grilling, toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place on the grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.

Roasted Artichoke

  1. 4

    Prepare the Artichokes

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the artichokes in half, remove the choke, and drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and salt. Place cut side down on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes until tender.

Crispy Potato

  1. 5

    Cook the Potatoes

Cut the potatoes into wedges, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Charred Tomato Emulsion

  1. 6

    Prepare the Emulsion

Char the Roma tomatoes on the grill until blistered, about 5-7 minutes. Blend charred tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and salt until smooth to create the emulsion.
