Method

Prepare Glass

Choose a rocks or coupe glass. Run the lime wedge around the rim of the chilled glass to moisten it.

Pour the coarse salt onto a small plate and gently dip the moistened rim into the salt, twisting to coat evenly. Set the glass aside.

Mix Cocktail

Combine ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add the Bribon Reposado Tequila (2 oz), peach schnapps (1 oz), peach nectar (2 oz), sour mix (1.5 oz), and fresh lime juice (0.5 oz).

Add ice

Fill the shaker with ice (about 1 cup).

Shake

Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for about 10–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is well chilled and slightly frosted.

Strain

Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice if desired (for a rocks-style serve). Strain the shaken cocktail into the glass, pouring over ice if using.

Finish & Serve

Garnish the drink with a lime wedge on the rim and an optional peach slice on the rim or floated in the drink.

Serve immediately. Enjoy responsibly.
