Churro Dough Preparation

Add the Flour
Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in the flour until a dough forms.

Add the Eggs
Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until smooth.
Frying the Churros

Heat the Oil
In a deep pot, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Pipe the Dough
Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe 4-6 inch strips of dough into the hot oil.

Fry the Churros
Fry the churros until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Sugar Coating

Mix Sugar and Cinnamon
In a shallow dish, mix granulated sugar with ground cinnamon.

Chocolate Sauce Preparation

Heat the Cream
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until just simmering.

Add the Chocolate Chips
Remove from heat, add the chocolate chips, and let sit for 1-2 minutes.

Whisk the mixture until smooth and add vanilla extract. Serve warm with churros.
