Thaw and Squeeze Spinach
Thaw the frozen spinach in the microwave or by leaving it out at room temperature. Once thawed, place the spinach in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible. Set aside.

Drain the canned artichoke hearts and chop them into small pieces. Set aside.

Mince the garlic cloves and chop the onion into small pieces.
