Method
Cocktail
Add the Grey Goose vodka, St. Germain, fresh lemon juice, white cranberry juice and the optional simple syrup into a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice (about 1 cup) and secure the lid.
Shake vigorously for 12β15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is very cold and slightly frosted. This chills and lightly dilutes the drink, balancing the tartness of lemon and cranberry.
Discard ice from the chilled glass if you used ice water. Strain the cocktail through a fine mesh strainer (or the shaker strainer) into the chilled coupe or over a large ice cube in a rocks glass, depending on preference.
Garnish & Serve
If desired, float an edible orchid or small edible flower on the surface for an elegant touch.
Serve immediately. Black Orchid is best enjoyed chilled and fresh.
