Shrimp Preparation

    Boil Shrimp

    In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning and 1 teaspoon of salt to the boiling water.

    Cook Shrimp

    Add the shrimp to the boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the pot and place them in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.

    Chop Shrimp

    Once the shrimp are cooled, peel and chop them into bite-sized pieces.

Mayo Dressing

    Mix Dressing

    In a bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Stir until well blended.

    Combine with Shrimp

    Add the chopped shrimp to the mayo dressing and mix until the shrimp are evenly coated.

Sandwich Assembly

    Prepare Bread

    Take 4 slices of your choice of bread and lightly toast them if desired.

    Assemble Sandwich

    On two slices of bread, layer lettuce leaves, followed by the shrimp mixture, and top with sliced tomatoes. Place the other two slices of bread on top to close the sandwiches.

    Serve

    Cut the sandwiches in half and serve with house fries on the side.
