Method

Prepare the Fries

  1. 1

    Cut the Potatoes

Wash and cut the potatoes into thin strips to form fries.

  2. 2

    Season and Bake

In a bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, and paprika. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Prepare the Burger Patty

  1. 3

    Mix the Ingredients

In a bowl, combine ground prime rib, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined.

  2. 4

    Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into two equal parts and shape them into burger patties.

  3. 5

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.

Prepare the Toppings

  1. 6

    Slice the Tomato

Wash and slice the tomato into even slices.

  2. 7

    Prepare the Lettuce

Wash the lettuce leaves and pat them dry.

  3. 8

    Get the Pickles Ready

Drain the pickles and set them aside.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 9

    Toast the Buns

Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

  2. 10

    Add the Patty

Place a cooked burger patty on the bottom half of each bun.

  3. 11

    Add Toppings

Layer the lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles on top of the burger patty.

  4. 12

    Complete the Burger

Cover with the top half of the bun.
