Method
Preparing the Chicken

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine olive oil, chipotle seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat them well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Chicken
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Making the Cayenne Candied Bacon

Prepare the Bacon
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Coat the Bacon
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cayenne pepper. Lay the bacon strips on the baking sheet and sprinkle the sugar mixture over the bacon.

Bake the Bacon
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through.
Making the Chipotle Aioli

Blend Ingredients
In a blender or food processor, combine mayonnaise, chipotle peppers, and lime juice. Blend until smooth and well combined.
Assembling the Sandwich

Layer the Ingredients
On a toasted bun, place the cooked chicken breast, followed by a slice of pepper jack cheese, lettuce, slices of tomato, and several pieces of the candied bacon.

Add Chipotle Aioli
Spread a generous amount of chipotle aioli on the top half of the bun and place it on top of the assembled sandwich.
Cooking the Fries

Prepare the Fries
Cook the frozen French fries according to package instructions. Toss with olive oil and salt to taste after cooking.
