1. Prepare the Beef
Thinly slice the Wagyu beef into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. Season with salt, black pepper, soy sauce, mirin, and sake. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat a portable grill or stone plate over medium-high heat. Brush with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
3. Cook the Beef
Place the marinated beef slices on the hot grill. Cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is achieved.
