Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Juicing the Fruits

Juice the grapefruit, lemon, and orange using a juicer or citrus press. Strain the juice to remove any pulp and seeds.

  2. 2

    Making the Sugar Syrup

In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of granulated sugar with 1 cup of water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Once dissolved, remove from heat and let it cool.

  3. 3

    Mixing the Drink

In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed fruit juice with the cooled sugar syrup. Stir well to combine.

  4. 4

    Adding Soda

Slowly pour in the soda water to the juice mixture. Stir gently to combine without losing carbonation.

Serving

  1. 5

    Chill and Serve

Serve the San Pellegrino in tall glasses over ice. Garnish with citrus slices if desired.
