Preparation Steps
Prepare the Glass
Fill a wine glass or a large cocktail glass with ice cubes to chill it while preparing the drink.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Soho Lychee Liqueur and Gekkeikan Sake. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Strain and Pour
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
Top with Prosecco
Gently top the drink with Prosecco, pouring slowly to maintain the bubbles.
