Hot Version
In a small saucepan, combine the Gekkeikan sake and water. Heat over medium heat until warm but not boiling.

Infuse the Tea
Add the green tea leaves to the warm sake mixture. Let steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

Cold Version
For a cold version, follow steps 1 and 2, then let the mixture cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least an hour.

Serve Chilled
Serve the chilled version over ice with fresh lemon slices.
