Prepare the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Fill the Dumplings
Take a gyoza wrapper and place a small spoonful of the filling in the center. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it in half, and pinch to seal tightly. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.

Deep-Fry the Gyoza
Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or wok to 180°C (350°F). Carefully add the gyoza in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Serve
Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
