Sear the Snapper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the snapper fillets with salt and black pepper. Place the fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through. Remove from heat and keep warm.

Sauté Broccoli Rabe
In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute. Add broccoli rabe and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with salt to taste.
