1. Prepare the Octopus
Once cooled, grill the octopus over high heat for 5-7 minutes per side until charred. Remove from grill and let rest.
2. Make the Ajillo Sauce
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
3. Combine and Serve
Slice the grilled octopus into smaller pieces and add to the ajillo sauce. Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to combine flavors. Serve hot.
