Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare Ingredients

Gather all ingredients, including roast beef, arugula, provolone cheese, Mama Lil's Peppers, garlic sauce, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and baguette or hoagie rolls.

  2. 2

    Slice Roast Beef

If not already pre-sliced, slice the roast beef into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.

  3. 3

    Toast the Baguette

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the baguette or hoagie rolls in half lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until lightly golden.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, combine the sliced roast beef with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well to ensure the beef is seasoned evenly.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Sandwich

On the toasted baguette, layer the seasoned roast beef evenly. Then add the slices of provolone cheese on top of the beef. Next, add a generous handful of arugula, followed by slices of Mama Lil's Peppers.

  6. 6

    Add Garlic Sauce

Drizzle garlic sauce over the assembled sandwich filling to add flavor. The amount can be adjusted according to personal preference.

  7. 7

    Serve

Close the sandwich by placing the top half of the baguette or hoagie roll back on. Cut the sandwich in half if desired and serve immediately.
