Prepare the Sausage
In a large bowl, combine ground pork and beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix until well combined and form into small patties.

Cook the Sausage
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the sausage patties. Cook until crispy and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

Prepare the Biscuit Dough
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add melted butter and milk, stirring until just combined.

Bake the Biscuits
Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit dough onto a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Make the Gravy
In the same skillet used for sausages, add sausage drippings and heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

On a plate, serve the crispy sausage, hash browns, a warm biscuit topped with gravy, and your choice of eggs or tofu scramble.
