Chill the Glass
Fill a cocktail glass with ice water to chill while you prepare the drink.

Combine Ingredients
In a shaker, combine the Cointreau, Prosecco, Rye Whiskey, and bitters.

Shake with Ice
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Prepare the Glass
Discard the ice water from the cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the chilled glass.

Garnish
Express the oils from the lemon twist over the drink and drop it into the glass as a garnish.
