Gather Ingredients
Collect all the ingredients needed for the cocktail including Cocch Gin, Pilar Blonde Rum, Lime Juice, Conte Bitters, Change Bitters, and a Lime Wheel for garnish.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Cocch Gin, 1 oz of Pilar Blonde Rum, and 0.5 oz of Lime Juice.

Add Bitters
Add 3 dashes of Conte Bitters and 3 dashes of Change Bitters to the shaker with the other ingredients.

Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass or coupe.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with a lime wheel on the rim of the glass.
