Method
Beverage
Chill and prepare glass
Place the San Pellegrino bottle in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours prior to serving so it is well chilled. If desired, chill the serving glasses in the fridge or freezer for 10–15 minutes. Gather ice cubes, lime wedges, and optional garnishes.
Assemble
Fill a single serving glass about two-thirds full with ice cubes (approximately 1 cup). Pour 1 bottle of chilled San Pellegrino over the ice, leaving a little headspace if you want to add lime and garnishes.
Add lime and sweetener
Squeeze the juice from 1–2 lime wedges (to taste) into the glass, then drop the wedges into the drink. If you prefer a slightly sweetened version, stir in 1 teaspoon of simple syrup or agave nectar until combined.
Garnish and serve
Garnish with a fresh mint sprig if using. Serve immediately while the beverage is cold and fizzy.
