2 oz Martell Blue Swift, 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 oz simple syrup, 4 oz Champagne/Cava, 10-15 ice cubes. Blend until smooth. (This was my Jazz Fest in Place Locals Thursday drink.)

Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the Martell Blue Swift, freshly squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and well mixed.

Pour the blended mixture into a glass and carefully top it off with the Champagne or Cava. Stir gently to combine.
