Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the lettuce and tomato. Slice the tomato into thin rounds.

Assemble the Sandwich
On a slice of sourdough bread, spread mayonnaise and mustard. Layer with turkey breast, Swiss cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Season with salt and pepper.

Complete the Sandwich
Top with another slice of bread and press down gently. If desired, you can cut the sandwich in half for easier serving.
