Prepare the Pork
Rub the pork shoulder with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place it in a slow cooker.

Cook the Pork
Add barbecue sauce over the pork shoulder in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.

Shred the Pork
Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks. Mix it back with some of the cooking juices and additional barbecue sauce, if desired.

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the cucumbers and red onion thinly.

Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion.
Dressing

Make the Dressing
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat the vegetables evenly.
