Ensure that the Castello del Poggio Prosecco and Aperol are chilled before preparation for a refreshing drink.

Take a large wine glass or tumbler and fill it with ice cubes to chill the glass.
Mixing the Drink

Pour 1 cup of Aperol over the ice in the glass. Then, add 3 cups of Castello del Poggio Prosecco.
