Bake the Croutons
Spread the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through to ensure even browning. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Make the Dressing
In a blender or food processor, combine anchovy fillets, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.

Add Oil and Season
With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the dressing is emulsified. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.

Prepare the Romaine
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce thoroughly. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.
