Prepare the Glass
Begin by selecting a large wine glass or a spritz glass. Fill it halfway with ice cubes to chill the drink.

Combine Ingredients
Pour 2 oz of limoncello over the ice in the glass.

Add Prosecco
Slowly pour 4 oz of prosecco over the limoncello to maintain some of the bubbles.

Top with Club Soda
Gently add 1 oz of club soda to the mixture to add a refreshing fizz.
Garnishing

Garnish the Drink
Place a lemon wheel on the rim of the glass for decoration. If using, add 5 fresh mint leaves to enhance the aroma and flavor.
