Prepare the Glass
Begin by chilling a highball glass or a cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Sobieski vanilla vodka, fig liqueur, simple syrup, and fresh lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Empty the ice water from your chilled glass. Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass over fresh ice.

Add Fizz
Top the drink with club soda, pouring it gently to maintain the fizz.

Garnish your Fizzy Fig with fresh fig slices and a lemon wheel on the rim of the glass.
