Prepare the Salad Base
Wash the romaine lettuce and radicchio thoroughly. Tear the romaine into bite-sized pieces and slice the radicchio thinly. Place them in a large salad bowl.

Slice the Proteins
Thinly slice the calabrese salami and prosciutto. Cut the fresh mozzarella into bite-sized pieces and crumble the pecorino cheese.

Prepare Roasted Figs
If you haven’t already, roast the figs by placing them in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-15 minutes until they are soft and slightly caramelized.
Assembling the Salad

Combine Ingredients
In the large bowl with the romaine and radicchio, add the sliced calabrese salami, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, and stracciatella cheese.

Add Figs and Dressing
Gently fold in the roasted figs. Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over the salad. Toss everything together lightly to combine all ingredients.

Plate the salad and sprinkle crumbled pecorino cheese on top. Serve immediately as a fresh and flavorful dish.
