Chicken Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and garlic powder.
- 2
Set Up Breading Station
In three separate shallow dishes, place the flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip into the eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- 3
Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the breaded chicken cutlets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Dish
In a baking dish, spread half of the marinara sauce at the bottom. Place the fried chicken cutlets on top, then cover each with the remaining marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese.
