1. Brew the Tea
In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, add the black tea leaves and chai masala spice blend. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Add Milk and Sweetener
Add 1 cup of milk and sweetener to the saucepan. Stir well and heat until the mixture is steaming but not boiling, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Strain the Tea
Strain the tea mixture into mugs using a fine mesh strainer to remove the tea leaves and spices.
4. Prepare Coconut Whipped Cream
In a mixing bowl, whip the coconut cream until fluffy. You can add a touch of sweetener if desired.
5. Assemble the Latte
Add 2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup to each mug of strained chai tea. Top with a generous dollop of coconut whipped cream.
6. Serve
