Murata's Selected Dinner
Method
Murata's Selected Dinner
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated in the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 2
Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken breasts. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a golden-brown color. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- 3
Sauté the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add the sliced green onions, bell pepper, and broccoli florets. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender yet still crisp.
- 4
Combine and Season
Slice the cooked chicken breast and add it back to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Stir well to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat everything through.
- 5
Serve
Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture warm, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
