Fresh White
Method
Fresh White
- 1
Prepare the Cauliflower
Begin by removing the leaves and stem from the cauliflower head. Cut it into florets of similar size to ensure even cooking.
- 2
Boil the Cauliflower
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender but still firm. Drain and set aside.
- 3
Sauté the Garlic
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic cloves and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to let them burn.
- 4
Combine Ingredients
Add the drained cauliflower florets to the skillet with the sautéed garlic. Season with salt and black pepper. Gently toss to combine and heat through for another 2-3 minutes.
- 5
Add Parmesan
Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower. Toss again until the cheese is melted and evenly distributed.
- 6
Garnish and Serve
Transfer the cauliflower to a serving dish, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve warm.
