Breakfast Choices

Using a coffee grinder, grind the freshly roasted coffee beans to a medium-coarse consistency. This helps to optimize the extraction during brewing.

Grind the Coffee

In a kettle, bring 2 cups of filtered water to a boil. Once boiling, let it sit for about 30 seconds to reach the ideal brewing temperature of approximately 200°F (93°C).

Boil Water

Place the ground coffee into your coffee maker or French press. Pour the hot water over the coffee grounds evenly. Let it steep for 4-5 minutes for optimal flavor.

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges, then place them in a large bowl.
