Wash the iceberg lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Remove any wilted outer leaves and chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the ham and salami into strips or small cubes, depending on your preference.

Cut the Swiss cheese into cubes that are similar in size to the ham and salami.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped iceberg lettuce, sliced green olives, ham, salami, and Swiss cheese.
