Method
Salad Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Iceberg Lettuce
Wash the iceberg lettuce thoroughly under cold running water. Pat it dry with a clean kitchen towel or spin it in a salad spinner. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.
- 2
Grill the Chicken
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.

Add Other Salad Ingredients
Core and slice the apple into thin wedges. Add the sliced apple, sunflower seeds, and raisins to the bowl with the chopped lettuce.
Raspberry Vinaigrette Preparation
- 4
Make the Dressing
In a blender or food processor, combine the raspberries, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
