In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until thoroughly combined.

Prepare the Patties

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing while cooking.

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, adding a slice of cheese on top during the last minute of cooking.

While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or skillet until golden brown.

Toast the Buns

Place a cooked patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Add the top half of the bun.

Gather all the ingredients and prepare them by washing the lettuce and slicing the tomato.

On two slices of bread, spread mayonnaise on one slice and mustard on the other.

On the mayonnaise side, layer the cod or turkey, followed by lettuce, tomato slices, and cheese if using.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently until the eggs are scrambled and set. Add the cheddar cheese and stir until melted. Remove from heat.

Slice the liver into thin strips and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Slice the onions into rings.

Prepare the Ingredients

Dredge the liver strips in all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess.

Coat the Liver

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they are soft and translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the onions from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Onions

In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the coated liver strips and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.

Fry the Liver

Return the sautéed onions to the skillet with the liver and mix well. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to combine the flavors. Serve hot.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss until they are evenly coated.

Season the Wings

Spread the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
