Method

Eggs

  1. 1

    Cook the eggs

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the eggs and cook, stirring gently, until scrambled and just set. Remove from heat and keep warm.

Jalapeño Pork Sausage

  1. 2

    Cook the sausage

Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the jalapeño pork sausage links and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Set aside and keep warm.

Smoked Bacon

  1. 3

    Cook the bacon

Place the smoked bacon strips in a cold skillet. Turn the heat to medium and cook, flipping occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and golden brown, about 8–10 minutes. Drain on paper towels and keep warm.

Home Fries

  1. 4

    Prepare the home fries

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the diced potatoes and cook for 5 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and pat dry. Heat 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the potatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10–12 minutes until golden and crispy. Season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat evenly and keep warm.

Roasted Tomato

  1. 5

    Roast the tomato

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the tomato halves on a baking sheet, cut side up. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper. Roast for 15–20 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized. Remove from oven and keep warm.

Multi-Grain Toast

  1. 6

    Toast the bread

Toast the multi-grain bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown. Spread butter over the warm toast before serving.
