Method
Sangria Base
- 1
Combine Liquids
In a large pitcher or mixing jug, combine the La Marca Prosecco Rosé, Western Son Peach Vodka, Cointreau, and freshly pressed orange juice. Stir gently to mix without losing the bubbles from the Prosecco.
- 2
Chill
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate the sangria base for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and chill thoroughly.
Fruit Garnish
- 3
Prepare Fruit
While the sangria base is chilling, slice one orange into thin rounds or half-moons. Slice fresh peaches (or use canned peach slices in juice) and halve strawberries. Set aside for assembly.
- 4
Add Fruit to Sangria
Once the sangria base is chilled, add the sliced orange, peach slices, and halved strawberries directly into the pitcher. Stir gently to combine.
Optional Additions
- 5
Serve with Ice and Mint
Just before serving, add ice cubes to glasses or the pitcher if desired. Garnish each serving with a couple of mint leaves for a refreshing finish.
