Method
Base Highball

Prepare Glass
Fill a highball glass with 1 cup of ice cubes to chill the drink properly.

Add Spirit
Pour 1 oz of your preferred base spirit (vodka, gin, rye, rum, or tequila) over the ice. If upgrading, use one of the premium spirits listed in the upgrade section.

Top with Mixer
Add 4 oz of club soda or sparkling water to the glass over the spirit.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a lemon or lime wedge if desired. Serve immediately.
Spirit Upgrade Options (optional)

To upgrade your drink, substitute the base spirit with one of the following: Ketel One Vodka, Tanqueray Gin, Crown Royal Rye, or Bumbu Rum for an additional $1 per oz, or Don Julio Blanco Tequila for an additional $3 per oz. Adjust quantity if making a 2 oz highball.
