Cocktail Preparation

Fill the glass with ice
Add 1 cup of ice to a large wine glass or spritz glass to chill the drink and keep it refreshing.

Add Aperol
Pour 1.5 oz of Aperol over the ice as the base bitter and citrusy component of the cocktail.

Add grapefruit mixer
Add 2 oz of Owen's Rio Red Grapefruit to the glass to bring bright, tangy citrus flavor.

Top with Prosecco Rosé
Gently pour 3 oz of La Marca Prosecco Rosé into the glass to add effervescence and floral notes. Stir gently to combine.
Garnish and Serve

Garnish the drink
Place a fresh grapefruit slice on the rim or inside the glass for visual appeal and extra citrus aroma. Optionally, add a fresh mint sprig on top.
