Preparing the Chicken Tenders

Cut the Chicken
Slice the chicken breasts into tender-sized strips, about 1 inch wide.

Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken strip first into the flour, then into the eggs, and finally coat with the bread crumbs. Ensure each piece is well coated.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat 2 cups of cooking oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Fry the Chicken
Carefully place the breaded chicken tenders in the hot oil. Fry in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Cut the Potatoes
Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.

Soak the Fries
Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

In a deep fryer or a large pot, heat 2 cups of cooking oil to 350°F (175°C).
