Preparing the Dressing

Mix the Base
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, minced anchovy fillets, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Whisk together until smooth.

Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify the dressing. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Making the Croutons

Prepare the Bread
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the ciabatta bread slices into cubes.

Bake the Croutons
Spread the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Stir occasionally to ensure even baking.
Assembling the Salad

Prepare the Romaine
Wash and dry the Romaine lettuce. Tear it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Add the cherry tomatoes, croutons, and Grana Padano cheese to the bowl.
