Assembling the Drink

Prepare the Glass
Fill a large wine glass or spritz glass with ice cubes to chill.

Pour 2 oz of Mionetto Aperitivo (alcohol-free), 0.75 oz of Liber & Co. blood orange cordial, and 3 oz of Mionetto alcohol removed sparkling wine over the ice.

Top with Club Soda
Top the drink with 1 oz of Fever-Tree club soda. Stir gently to combine without losing carbonation.
