Prepare the Glass
Fill a large wine glass generously with ice cubes to chill the drink and maintain its refreshing quality.

Build the Cocktail
Pour 3 oz of Aperol into the glass over the ice. Then add 3 oz of Ruffino Prosecco. Gently top with 1 oz of Fever-Tree club soda.

Stir gently to combine the ingredients, preserving the carbonation of the Prosecco and club soda.

Add one fresh orange slice to the glass as a garnish. Serve immediately while chilled and bubbly.
